Project Vote Smart
The Project Vote Smart web site will provides a
portal to America’s premier collection of trusted data covering approximately
40,000 elected officials and candidates seeking public office. Regardless of
an organization’s political views or the political leanings of its members
and supporters, their web site offers a completely unbiased collection of data
that includes:
·Key votes by incumbents;
·Issue positions, provided by candidates from our National Political Awareness Test (NPAT); ·Interest group ratings by over 100 competing
special interest groups.
The site provides equal coverage of all candidates for President, the US House of
Representatives and the US Senate. Similar information is available for all
state legislative and gubernatorial candidates and officials as well, with the
exception of key votes.
