ABOUT US

The Northern Palm Beach County AAUW Charitable Foundation offers scholarships to Palm Beach County Women residents who are currently enrolled at a college or university.  Scholarship applications for the 2010-2011 year are available for downloading or printing in either Microsoft Word, or as a pdf file. The Foundation also raises funds for the AAUW Fellowships and Grants for women needing financial assistance for masters and doctoral studies and the Legal Advocacy Fund.

We support our adopted class of four year olds at the Hispanic Human Resource Child Development Center with books and supplies as well as providing assistance with special activities. If you have time to assist with a Valentines Day party contact Diane at DLCochran2@comcast.net

We teach a series of 8 to 10 lessons about how to be financially independent and manage money well to the teenage girls enrolled at the Palm Beach County PACE Center for Girls, a day treatment center that provides counseling and other services to these at-risk teens . If you are interested in this program contact moseleykaren@comcast.net.

We host a Book Study Group, Out and About Group, Dinner Club, and a Bridge Group. Contact us for details. The Book and Bridge Groups meet all year.
