HIGHLANDS COUNTY BRANCH AREA SERVED Located in south central Florida, the Highlands County Branch draws members from Highlands, Hardee and DeSoto counties, serving the communities of Avon Park, Lake Placid and Sebring. The only requirement to join is a 4-year degree,  an AA degree from a college or university, a two or three year RN diploma or be a student at a college or university. We meet the 3rd Saturday of each month from October through May.
